[P] RF4 #16 - Lin Fa

Couldn't really tell what color Lin Fa's eyes are, so I went with a golden color.
They look pretty gray in the ref but just gray is boring. I thiiink it was a brown-based
gray. Used a slightly different brush for lines on this. Still just sticking with my new
standard dark red-brown on that. Need to play around with using other colors in lines.
